The Nursery School is now accepting registrations for the 2008-09 school year.

Openings are available in all programs.

Our nursery school was founded in 1954. We believe our nursery school has much to offer your child in a Christian pre-school education. A variety of programs for ages 2 1/2 through kindergarten are offered. Because class size is limited, each child is assured the personal attention and instruction his / her level of development indicates. (We determine the session for the child by referring to the kindergarten cut-off date, which is October 1st.)

WELL ROUNDED CURRICULUM

Reading Readiness and Language Development:
Color, shape, and alphabet recognition, books and stories, language arts activities, beginning sounds, and computer games.
Mathematical Readiness Activities:
Rote counting, shape and number recognition, one-on-one correspondence and set concepts.
Science Concepts
Social Studies Concepts
Musical Activities
Arts and Crafts Activities
Physical Activities:
Large and small motor skills are developed in the classroom, full-sized gymnasium, and outdoor playground. The gymnasium is equipped with slides, climbing toys, balls, tricycles and scooters.
